It’s high time as a young adult we realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle. So I think we all should inculcate these 5 Habits that will help you make a positive change in your life.

The encounter with ‘Who will Cry when you Die?’

It was the time to visit my folks, so I arrived at the station just on time to board my train. But before I could do so, I couldn’t resist the habit of buying a book before a journey.

So I wandered around a bookstall before I could even decide, I saw the same book which I saw a day before while I was going back to the hostel. So without any second thoughts, I bought the same book, a small  and quite affordable book.           View this post on Instagram                  

This book came in my life when I was lost, unmotivated and didnt know the way out. Thanks to Robin Sir, it is compilation of such good life lessons to give true meaning of life. If lost in fast pacing life this is the book you got to read. I rushed to my coach, figured my seat and sat cross-legged and the journey began.

Sometimes, some things are meant to be. They are timed so perfectly that you couldn’t believe but only thank the supreme forces in the universe that are trying to help you.  Well, you all know where it is leading to, this book changed my life, my perspective, my outlook forever.

This book is a friend indeed. Time and again, whenever my life is falling apart I look forward to this book, and I get my answers or solutions.

Who Will Cry When You Die? is a compilation of small lessons which tries to discover what life is about and compels you to question the purpose of your existence.

Here is the compilation of habits that will help you transform your life:

Getting Up Early than you do.

Here’s a confession, I am a night owl and will always be. Since I started getting up a bit early than my usual time my stress level has dipped down and who doesn’t want to be less stressful and have calmer mornings. And it’s no big revelation but the icing on the cake, that getting up early helps you to have a better mood.

So Early Mornings means Happy Mornings !!

A weird on out of nowhere but yeah it makes a huge difference. Since your body is a temple to your soul, its a much-needed addition to your routine. A major takeaway from the book is a good soul can reside inside a healthy body.

So either try to invest in good blender or have a walk and go to juice vendor and drink the juice. One personal suggestion, try drinking with the pulp without straining and your body is not going to regret it.

Don’t get anxious, it’s nothing high-end discipline but the self-love which can be referred to as “tough love”. To be more precise by self-love I meant, self-discipline. This habit of disciplining yourself will definitely create quality life and gives you purpose and definition to your days to come. I know its the hardest but take baby steps to reach the goal.
